Validity
A one way ticket is eligible for a one time use of one of our buses in one direction. Journey breaks are not allowed. Tickets are not negotiable. Round trip tickets are only available in pre selling and are eligible for a return travel at the issued route.
Discounts
As we are a private company and do not receive public subsidies, we are unfortunately not able to offer discounts or accept any discount cards like the BahnCard of Deutsche Bahn or similar offers from the Nederlandse Spoorwegen.p>
Rebookings and cancellations
Rebookings and cancellations are free of charge until 5:00 p.m. one day in advance to your booked journey. Rebookings and cancellations are only possible on weekdays and via phone at +49 180 500 85 58. If you do not rebook or cancel your ticket until 5:00 p.m. one day in advance to your booked journey, the ticket will expire without refund.
